Please note the following:
- Please be aware that all self catering properties are non smoking.
- All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Slightly different arrangements can be made around Christmas and New Year and occasionally out of season.
- Electricity costs are included in the rental price.
- Children's cots and high chairs can be provided at no extra charge.
- Dogs are allowed free of charge, but must be kept under control. They are not, however, allowed in the The Steadings. Please note also the Steadings is unsuitable for children.
- Free bank fishing on Mishnish Lochs, Loch Torr, S 'Airde Bheinn. Hire of boats can be arranged at Browns in Tobermory.
- The maximum number accommodated in each property is shown on the site. In exceptional circumstances an extra £10 per person per day will be charged.
- Bed linen, towels & drying cloths provided in all properties.
- Flats and cottages are let from Saturday to Saturday and we request that guests do not arrive before 3pm and leave by 10am on the day of departure.
- Every effort is made to ensure that your accommodation is clean and welcoming on arrival. We request that you leave it in the same clean condition. Cleaning materials are provided for this purpose.
- It is advisable to book ferry crossings with Caledonian MacBrayne (01475) 650100. Sailings are frequent from both Oban and Lochaline.
- There is a squash court at Glengorm. You may hire the court (also rackets & balls) from the shop, Tobermory Togs, in Tobermory.
- On booking your holiday we ask for a 25% non refundable deposit and the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- 5% discount on bookings and payment made before December 1st 2008.(For 2009 season)
- 15% discount for couples from November 1st for bookings of 1 week or longer (Except Dunara and The Steadings)
